- The domain name www.telelife.in, an internet-based portal, and Telelife, a mobile application, is owned and operated by Telelife Medicare India Private Limited, a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter, referred to as "Telelife" or "We" or "Our" or "Us" or "Company"). The domain name and the mobile applications are collectively referred to as "Website" or "Services".
- Your access or use of the Website, sharing of any data on the Website and use of Services hosted or managed remotely through the Website, are governed by the following terms and conditions ("referred to as Terms of Use"), including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. These Terms of Use constitute a legal and binding contract between You, the User on one part and Telelife on the other Part.
- I agree and consent to receive all communications at the mobile number provided, even if this mobile number is registered under DND/NCPR list under TRAI regulations. And for that purpose, I further authorize Telelife Medicare India Private Limited to share/disclose the information to any third party service provider or any affiliates, group companies, their authorized agents or third party service providers.
- By accessing, browsing, or in any way transacting on the Website, or availing any Services, You signify your agreement to be bound by the Terms of Use. Further, by impliedly or expressly accepting these Terms of Use, you also accept and agree to be bound by Telelife’s policies, including its Privacy Policy, and such other rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions as are applicable for the purposes of accessing, browsing or transacting on the Website, or availing any of the Services, and such rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into, and considered as part and parcel of this Terms of Use. However, if you navigate away from the Website to a third-party site, you may be subject to alternative terms and conditions of use, as may be specified on such site. Registration on the mobile app and the access to the information provided on the mobile app is free. Telelife does charge a little amount as commission in exchange with the services provided to the users. All the charges will be mentioned before the user proceeds to any kind of payment in the app. The final amount to access any kind of service does include Fees and Taxes. The Users agree and acknowledge that it shall not hold Telelife responsible for any loss or damage caused to the User during the process, due to any acts or omission on the part of third parties viz. the Seller or the collection agents or for any actions/ omissions which are beyond the control of Telelife. The external UPI payment gateway, provided in the app might have its own Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policies. By agreeing to Telelife Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policies, it is considered that the user has also read and agreed to the Terms and conditions from the third party UPI Payment service provider. - Modification of Website
Telelife reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Website or any features or portions thereof without prior notice. You agree that Telelife will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Website or any other part thereof. - Law and jurisdiction

The provisions of this Agreement shall continue to apply until terminated by either You or Telelife as set for below:- If You want to terminate this Agreement with Telelife, You may do so by not accessing the Website.
- Telelife reserves the right to, at any time, and with or without notice to terminate the agreement.
- PATIENT CONSENT FOR TELELIFE MOBILE APP:
- Patients will have access to Telelife services, only through the mobile application made for Patients only.
- Telelife itself is not a healthcare provider, rather we provide access to different healthcare services nearby your area. Therefore, our roles and responsibilities are restricted to provide access to the services only and not the service itself.
- The patients have to purchase the services and also pay for it through the mobile application to receive the benefits from Telelife. Any other external way of payments to the service providers will not be considered for the benefits from Telelife.
- Any use of abusive and improper ways of communication with the service provider will be considered as a violation of Terms and Conditions. Telelife reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the respective Service provider.
- User is solely responsible to provide the correct and accurate information about the patient conditions to the service provider. Telelife is neither responsible nor liable for the accuracy of this information. If incorrect, the Service Provider must inform Telelife of the same immediately and ensure that the amended information is added at the earliest.
- Users are obliged to upload documents in some cases to get access to the services from different service providers. Such information will be used only for providing quality services to the user.
- Post consultation, if there is no improvement in health, please visit a doctor at your nearest hospital immediately.
- Doctors will provide consultation based on their knowledge and the symptoms described by the patient. However, without physical examination, some symptoms may get missed. In such a situation, the consulting doctor cannot be considered at fault.
- Prescriptions are only valid for over the counter drugs.
- These consultations are not valid for any medico-legal purposes.
- These services are not for emergency situations. For emergency cases, please visit your nearest doctor immediately.
- I hereby declare that I am availing these Terms and Conditions of my own free will and for my convenience from my favored Service Provider without any external pressure or influence.
- SERVICE PROVIDER CONSENT FOR TELELIFE MOBILE APP:
- Following healthcare services or service providers will be considered eligible to register under Service provider from Telelife. All service providers are obliged to have registrations in Government of India recognized streams and organizations.
- Service providers will have access to Telelife services, only through the mobile application made for Service providers under their particular category.
- Telelife displays the profile information of the Service Providers on its Mobile App, including but not limited to their Qualifications, Specialities, Work History, etc., so that Patients can make an informed choice before taking medical consult. The onus of ensuring the accuracy of this information is on the Service Provider’s and Telelife is neither responsible nor liable for the accuracy of this information. If incorrect, the Service Provider must inform Telelife of the same immediately and ensure that the amended information is added at the earliest.
- Telelife reserves the right to display or remove any profile created on its platform with or without providing advance notice of the same to the concerned Service Provider. Telelife is also not liable for inactive, inaccurate, incomplete, obsolete or fraudulent information entered in their profile by a Service Provider added to Telelife’s mobile app. In case any Service Provider provides wrong information and qualifications, Telelife reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against the respective Service provider.
- If a Doctor and/or Hospital from Service providers is found to indulge in unethical practices as laid down by MCI Guidelines, his profile will be deactivated without notice.
- Doctors will bear the responsibility for their use of Telelife Services in accordance with the applicable laws and MCI guidelines. Any contravention of the same while using Telelife services will be the sole responsibility of the Doctor and Telelife will not be liable or responsible for it.
- Telelife reserves the right to collect and display feedback for all Service providers listed on its Mobile app.
- Service Providers agree to use the Website and the Mobile App for the purpose of providing assigned healthcare services and shall not use the Services offered by Telelife for any unauthorized and unlawful purpose.
- Service providers agree not to post any comment or upload any Content which is defamatory, obscene, or objectionable in nature, and Telelife reserves the right to remove any such comments. Telelife may determine such a comment, by its own discretion, as a violation of agreed upon terms and conditions. It is agreed that Telelife is neither responsible nor liable for any and all such comments and/or content.
- Telelife has no role in influencing the treatment of the patient. In case of any untoward incident arising out of this, Telelife must not be held responsible.
- Service providers will be charged commission based on the final amount paid by the patient and/or app user.
- If any service provider fails to provide the assigned services within the expected time as per the service description, the payment will be refunded to the patient.
- This platform is not valid for any medicolegal and emergency consultations. Telelife will not be responsible for any litigation arising out of such situations.
- ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS:
